WHOLESALE AND NON-TAX EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise can be exchanged for 20 days from ship date or, if purchased at a show, 10 days from purchase date. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as originally sold. Exchanges are at the discretion of The Whole Bead Shop. Exchanged items do not count towards new wholesale minimums. Items may only be exchanged for other items within the same line and cannot be used toward the purchase of other lines.
